When you book a Gaming party, one of our dedicated Team Captains will drive our van to your chosen location. Once there, we take the reins, ensuring your squad has an unforgettable experience while you’re free to relax and enjoy. No fuss, no mess—just pure fun!

How do I enquire about or book the van?

Simply fill out the relevant booking form on our website, and we’ll handle the rest. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, payable via bank transfer (BACS) or card. You can also contact us on 07900745395 or via our social media.

What are the costs associated with parties?

Prices vary depending on factors such as the day of the week and time slots. For example, weekday parties start from £170, while weekend and holiday rates differ. Additional surcharges may apply. Contact us with any questions.

How long do parties typically last?

Our standard birthday party runs for 60-90 minutes, with the option to extend upon request. We also arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up the van. Corporate and Hire parties can be tailored to your needs.

What games can we play?

At Game Station Bus, we specialise in social gaming, ensuring everyone is fully engaged. Our collection includes the latest multiplayer titles like Fortnite, Apex, Rocket League, Roblox among others.

Are there any age restrictions on gaming?

For safety reasons, we don’t allow children under 18 to play games rated 18 or above. We’re happy to accommodate any other considerations you may have.

Can food and drink be consumed on the van?

To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, we ask that no food or drink be consumed inside the van.

Is the gaming van climate-controlled?

Yes, our van is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfortable gaming conditions year-round.

How far will Gaming Squad travel?

Based in Cardiff, South Wales, we primarily serve the surrounding areas. However, we’re open to discussing options for locations outside our coverage area.

Do you drive the van while games are being played?

No, our parties take place in parked vans to ensure safety and compliance with insurance regulations.

Will inclement weather affect my party?

We’re prepared to party in all weather conditions, except in cases of extreme weather warnings, where we offer rescheduling options.

What are the requirements from us?

Simply provide space for parking, access to a mains electric point, and access to your home internet router- although we have our own WiFi a WiFi connection is a great back up if there are any coverage issues.

Will hosting a party increase my energy bills?

No need to worry! Our van’s electrical equipment is energy-efficient, with estimated electricity costs for a full 90-minute party totaling just £2.
